Based on a complaint received, Investigation was conducted by the CB, it was determined that the company was involved in fraudulent activity. The company’s [GOTS](https://global-standards.org/resources/glossary/gots "<p>The worldwide leading voluntary sustainability standard for the post-harvest textile value chain for certified organic fibres, covering environmental criteria, human rights, social criteria and business conduct.</p>") certification was withdrawn by the CB and a certification ban recommended.
