The organisation submitted certain documents and explanations in response; however, the CB identified these submissions as conflicting and insufficient to address the findings. In light of the contradictory information provided and the systemic failures identified during the investigation, the CB confirmed that its recommendation for a certification ban remained unchanged. The Management subsequently resolved to impose a certification ban on the organisation for a minimum period of 2 years.
