How to use the GOTS Certification Mark Correctly

Intended for anyone who would like to know about how to correctly use the GOTS Signs – the GOTS Logo and Word Sign –, in particular GOTS-Certified Entities
Content: This is an in-depth training that will teach you about product claims, different responsibilities along the supply chain, and of course what correct GOTS labelling looks like. It features ample illustrations and will allow you to check your understanding both along the way and on a final test. By completing this training, you will be well on your way to always using the GOTS Signs correctly and steering clear of trademark violations.

IVN Academy
iVN, internationaler Verband der Naturtextilwirtschaft e.V., is one of the founding organisations of Global Standards. Its Academy features webinars, lectures, seminars and panel discussions, and it covers topics such as Customer Relationship Management, compliance with legislation, supply chain due diligence or the sustainability performance of specific fibres and materials.
JOCA: Lectures & Training
JOCA is the Japan Organic Cotton Association and it is one of the founding organisations of Global Standards. On their website, regarding Lectures & Training, you will be able to find workshops on organic cotton, as well as their Organic Cotton Salesperson Qualification Course.
Social Accountability International: Training
SAI, or Social Accountability International, offers a wide range of training and capacity building services related to human rights at work. Global Standards collaborates with SAI to organise the GOTS/GRTS-SAI trainings for social and human rights audits (contact: Knowledge Management and Continued Education Specialist at Global Standards). SAI's portfolio also offers a number of other live and online trainings on auditing and human rights topics.
MaxTex Academy
The aim of the MaxTex Academy is to "empower companies, organisations and the people within them to design their entire value chain holistically and sustainably". More recently, its seminars and continuing education programmes have placed a special emphasis on the growing role of legislators with regard to the textile industry's voluntary commitments, national and EU-wide supply chain laws, circularity, supply chain transparency and future-proof materials.
