The Certification Body (CB) determined that the organisation was involved in fraudulent activities.
The Certification Body has found that your organization has refused the auditor access to the facility during an unannounced audit, thereby preventing an assessment of whether the organisation continued to comply with the requirements of the GOTS standard.

The matter was reviewed by the Management, following which a notice was issued to the organisation regarding a potential certification ban. The organisation submitted certain documents and explanations in response; however, the CB identified these submissions as conflicting and insufficient to address the findings.
The management thereafter decided to constitute a certification ban for a minimum period of 2 years.
