The Certification Body (CB) determined that the organisation had submitted fraudulent Transaction Certificates
The Certification Body has found that your organization was found intentionally submitting the fake TC with fake BV URL, indicating deliberate fraud and violation of certification integrity.
The matter was reviewed by the Management, following which a notice was issued to the organisation regarding a potential certification ban. The organisation submitted certain documents and explanations in response; however, the CB identified these submissions as conflicting and insufficient to address the findings.

The management thereafter decided to constitute a certification ban for a minimum period of 2 years
